KAL® P-5-P features Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, the coenzyme form of Vitamin B-6 which does not have to be converted in the body and can go directly into metabolic cycles. P-5-P may be more helpful as a Vitamin B-6 supplement than other forms. Vitamin B-6 provides nutritive support for red blood cell synthesis and nerve tissue function.

Directions
Take 1 tablet up to two times daily.
