Exchange & Shipping Policy
Items sold are strictly non-refundable.
Items will be posted out within 2 working days upon receiving payment. Please note that purchases made via ATM Transfer, Internet Banking or Cash to G-Market may take approximately 3 working days to clear. Hence, it is recommended that for shorter waiting time, Paypal or Credit Card Payment is preferred.
GdDeals is not responsible for items damaged or lost during Normal Postage, but GdDeals will take reasonable steps to bubble wrap the item to prevent damage, and check for visible defects before sending out items.
Registered postage is highly recommended at additional $2.50 (Please note that if you are purchasing more than 1 item from GdDeals, you only need to add the “Registered Mail” option once, and GdDeals will combine shipping.)
