Ceramic Soleplate
The 20270 Auto Steam Pro features a ceramic soleplate which is durable, non-stick, and offers superior heat distribution for efficient heating and cooling. Ceramic soleplates give an excellent, smooth glide, for quick, effortless ironing.

Steam Output
The Auto Steam Pro produces 45g of continuous steam or you can give a quick blast with the 120g shot of steam – particularly handy for those washing line-dried jeans. As well as steam, the Auto Pro has dry, spray and burst functions.

Water Tank
The Russell Hobbs 20270 Auto Steam Pro has a large 320ml water tank giving you enough capacity to steam ahead with your ironing rather than spend your time filling up at the tap. The water tank is also easy to fill and transparent so that you can see when you need to refill.

Cord Length
Russell Hobbs knows that cord length is an important factor when buying an iron as it can either hinder or help when setting up. With the consumer always in mind the Auto Steam Pro has a long 3m power cord to allow you to iron from wherever you so wish.

Self-cleaning
The self-clean feature of the Auto Steam Pro helps to prevent a build up of limescale inside the iron allowing you to purge left over water and scale from the iron. This function works by creating a concentrated burst of steam which forces limescale out through the steam holes.

Practicality
For added practicality the 20270 Auto Steam Pro features a vertical steam function allowing you to rid hanging garments or fabrics from creases. This is useful for ironing things such as curtains and suit jackets which can be notoriously difficult. An adjustable thermostatic control allows you to alter the temperature depending on the fabric you’re ironing and if the iron should be used before reaching the desired temperature, the anti-drip feature helps to prevent water dripping onto fabric, avoiding damage to garments from water drips that would otherwise mark clothes.

Ease of use
To offer comfort whilst ironing the Russell Hobbs 20270 Auto Steam Pro features a soft grip handle and temperature dial. The iron also has a non-slip heel for extra stability.
