Description:

A low-caffeine, non-calories herbal tea formulated with dandelion root as its basic ingredient, blended with Coix seed, Sena tea, Oolong tea, Evening Primrose tea, Chicory, Dokudami (species: houttuynia cordata), Gymnema sylvestre, for health and diet purposes. One teabag contains 3.0g of dandelion. One tea cup (100cc) contains only 1Kcal.

 

Possible Preparation Methods:

Preparation using a kettle:

Add one teabag to 900cc of hot boiled water. Allow to boil for more than 5 minutes. If the teabag is left in the kettle for too long, the tea will become thicker. Remove the teabag.

To drink it chilled, transfer the tea brew previously in a bottle. Allow it to cool down before putting it into the fridge.

 

Preparation without boiling:

Place a teabag in a water bottle, add about 700cc of water. Place the bottle in the fridge to allow it to chill for about 15 – 30 minutes before serving.

 

Preparation with a teapot:

Place a teabag in a teapot, add boiled water. Cover the lid and allow it to brew.
