Item received in good condition, bubble-wrapped, comes with an extra plastic bottle for me to keep unfinished portion. Product makes the hair smells really good. Have applied on my wet hair, and after drying it makes the hair very soft. It is better than using conditioner, and it can be applied very fast. One bottle can be share by two person with short or shoulder-length hair, so it is very value for money. For long hair folks like me, will need to apply the entire bottle thou.

This is my 2nd purchase (since the last which is more than 1 month ago) from this seller since I like it so much. Delivery: Approx 1 week. The ampoules were intact since I opted for the delivery. Purchase came with a refill bottle as the ampoule should last you over a few times of use (I have long hair and am generous with use - last me 2-3 use). Seller recommends to blow-dry hair, but i prefer to "air-dry" my hair (after effect, glossy and bouncy hair). Finally, the product has a pleasant berry fragrance.
