If you’ve been reading as many Rip 60 Reviews as I have then you’re probably pretty excited about the Rip 60 workout system like I am. I’ve been looking for a way to get back into the shape I was in before I had my son; I looked at several different diets and workouts and to say the least, I’ve been very happy with my Rip 60.
I think that for me a big reason I chose the Rip 60 over other successful workout methods (like P90X or Insanity) is that I just want to get my tummy flat again and not bulk up like The Incredible Hulk. The Rip 60 workouts are also as intense as I want them to be and they’re low impact on my joints.
At first I wasn’t sure if the Rip 60 could even compete with the P90X workout system. My husband has used P90X for a few years and it’s been great for him. I was concerned that a single strap and pulley system wouldn’t be very effective.
But the more I read about Rip 60 I began to see how I could reach my personal fitness goals faster and better than using P90X or Insanity or any other workout system. Using my own body weight against gravity and using that on a pulley system would really make my body work harder to maintain balance and stability during a workout.
The Rip 60 straps use two methods to maximize workouts and results called “Optimization Zone” and “Suspended Rotation.” The optimization zone means that no matter how fresh or fatigued you’re feeling you can do just about any of the workouts by moving forwards or backwards; increasing or decreasing the angle and difficulty of the workout.
I have found that to be so effective for me. I’m able to complete my entire workout even if I’m having an “off” day and am struggling to get through my workout. I also love the “Suspended Rotation” system that forces my body to use my mind, my muscles and my nervous system to work in harmony to complete the workouts.
I have seen an increase in my balance, stability and coordination from using Rip 60. I’ve also been able to make huge progress in reaching my fitness goals to lose my pregnancy weight and tone up my core and arms. I love that I don’t have to sit there and lift those ridiculous dumbbells all morning long to tone up my arms.

Like I’ve been saying, the Rip 60 has been great for me. When I was researching workouts before I bought my Rip 60 I was also looking at what was included in each of the different workout systems. I knew that I wanted a nutrition guide, DVD’s that guided me step by step during the workouts, and I wanted something legitimate.
Rip 60 is endorsed by someone I admire and by someone my husband says is someone to admire; I’m talking about Jillian Michaels and George St. Pierre. I love all the stuff Jillian Michaels has done to help people get back into shape or stay in shape. My husband says that George St. Pierre is a true champion in and out of his arena.
The nutrition guide that comes with the Rip 60 is great. I hate planning meals, especially when I’m already hungry. The nutrition guide has great recipes and foods that really help your body look the way you want it to.
 
Another thing that I love about the Rip 60 workouts is that it comes with a complete 8 DVD workout system AND it comes with some really cool personalized DVD’s with Jillian Michaels and George St. Pierre. Jillian’s “Fat Shredding DVD” is fantastic. I was surprised how much I enjoyed GSP’s “Lean Muscle DVD” because I don’t want to get big ol’ muscles I just want to tone up and that’s exactly what the DVD helps you do; stay lean.
The wall chart or exercise guide is nice to have too. I use it sometimes when I want to mix things up and do my own little routine for the day. I also like that my Rip 60 came with a little nylon carrying bag so I can put my Rip 60 straps away after my workouts so I don’t have workout stuff hanging from my doors.
All in all I’ve loved my Rip 60 and I’m so close to reaching my goals with it. I only have a few weeks left and I’m excited to keep using the Rip 60 after my 60 days are over.
I really like Jillian Michaels, who endorses Rip60, and I trust her to support quality, effective products.
 
A few other things that I really am liking about the Rip60 are that you can do all the workouts from any door in the house with the Rip60 straps. I like that it comes with a complete workout routine on 8 DVD’s that I can follow. I also really like that it’s a 60 day program instead of a 90 day program. I was very impressed with people’s results in the first 30 days and was wowed by their final 60 day results.
 
I also think it’s pretty cool that both Jillian Michaels and George St. Pierre made their own DVD to help augment the workouts. Jillian’s DVD is called the “Fat Shredding DVD” and that sounds exactly like what I’m looking for. GSP’s DVD is a “Lean Muscle” workout; I’ll probably give that to my husband.
 
Rip60 also has a complete 60 day nutrition guide that comes with the Rip60 workout program. I think that’s great. It can be my meal planner for the next 2 months and it’ll be healthy food that will help me meet my fitness goals.
 
Having a “complete” workout system is important to me. I’ve looked at other workout programs or equipment and the equipment seems fine but I’m not a personal trainer or anything so I wouldn’t know what to do to reach my fitness goals. I’m glad that the Rip60 has the equipment, DVD’s, and nutrition guide that will help me maximize my workouts and actually reach my goals.

Yes, the rip:60™ Trainer was designed to be used in the home by securing it onto a door. When securing the rip:60™ Trainer to a door, make sure the straps are pulling the door closed and appear on the opposite side of the door hinges. A ceiling mount is also available. Simply, secure the mount into a stud in the ceiling and connect the straps to the mount.
What can the rip:60™ Straps be connected to?
The rip:60™ Trainer can be secured to various objects, such as a playground set, tree, fence or basketball hoop. It can also be attached to an overhead bar or beam that will support your weight. When it comes to securing the straps, there are many possibilities; all it takes is a little creativity. With the rip:60™ Trainer, you can enjoy the versatility of indoor and outdoor workouts.
Who can use rip:60™? What physical condition do I need to be in?
Anyone, at any fitness level, can do the rip:60™ Trainer because of the optimization zone. With every other workout, there's a point where your body forces you to quit. With the rip:60™ Trainer, you simply move your feet, change your angle, and you can do more without losing form.
What equipment do I need?
