Exchange or Return Policy:
1. Due to hygiene issues, strictly no exchange for underwears. Please check size and color carefully before purchasing. In the event that a wrong item or colour has been sent, buyer may request for an exchange via email to: charmingprincess.dh@gmail.com with a photograph of the item upon receiving should buyer decided not to accept the item.
2. Buyer to bear the return postage fee. Upon receiving the wrong item sent, seller will proceed to mail out the original requested item. Should the original requested item been sold out, buyer could request for an alternative item with the same value.
3. Not responsible for any lost/damage caused by Singpost Normal Mail. Please check with your Post Office should you did not receive your parcel. For secure and timely delivery, buyers are advised to select Qxpress as their preferred delivery/shipping method.
4. Charming Princess undertakes to check and ensure that item is in good condition before sending out buyer's order.
5. All orders will be mailed out according to the address as shown in Qoo10's system. Request for change in address is not allowed once item has been sent.
6. No exchange/refund should the product is not in original condition i.e. has been worned, washed, stained, damaged/tag removed.
7. No exchange after 7 days from date of delivery.

1. MEASUREMENT IS SUBJECT TO MAX 2-3CM ERROR TOLERANCE DEPENDING ON INDIVIDUAL MEASUREMENT METHOD OR PRODUCT BATCH.
2. THE COLORS YOU SEE ON THE MONITOR MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE ACTUAL COLORS OF THE GOODS.
3. PROMOTIONAL/DISCOUNTED/AUCTION ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
