Had 2 root canals trying to fix the pain. On a whim I tried the Orajel. My pain instantly went from a solid constant 6 (I have a high pain tolerance) to a 2. I cannot explain what it feels to be almost pain free after 2 years of suffering. I'm hopeful it will continue to keep the pain in check. Obviously I'm a believer in the product and give it a solid high rating of 5. I would advise you switch back to the old formula because that actually did some good. In fact I really wish I had some here now.
