Customer will be present with a document that outlined the affected hardware, reason of each replacement and the cost of the parts with alternative options include. A sign off is required before we will proceed with the replacement

Service & Inspect Disclaimer

A base charge will be impose on the inspection of each machine/device should customer choose not to proceed with the replacement order.

Hardware and Parts Procument Disclaimer

This price do not include the cost for any parts replacement may be required. Detail quotaion will be provided to customer for each replacement parts
