How to use the meat thermometer:
1.Set the switch on the back of the meat thermometer to COOK mode.
2.Connect the cord to one side of the meat thermometer. The cord is heat resistant up to 250℃(482 ° F)
3.During the status of COOK， touch(M/M) icon to choose meat types and touch(S/T) icon the select tastes.
4.The display shows the temperature in celsius of fahrenheit. To select the preferred temperature scale， touch and hold(S/T) icon for 3 seconds to select ℃ or ° F display.
5.To set the desired temperature， touch and hold（S / S /）icon for 3 seconds andtemperature will flash ， then touch(M/M) icon to increase the temperature or (S/T) icon to decrease the temperature.
6.Insert the probe with the cord connected， into the food to be cooked. The temperature of the food is shown on the left of the display. When the food reches the desired temperature， the thermometer will beep.
How to use the timer
1.Set the switch on the back of the timer to TIMER mode.
2.The display shows 00（M）：00（S）. Touch (M/M) incon to set minutes and (S/T) icon to set seconds.
3.To start and stop the timer， touch （S / S /）icon.
4.To reset the timer， touch and hold (M/M) and (S/T) icon simultaneously.
