You can cook for up to 10 hours at a time to barbecue, roast, grill, bake, broil, dehydrate, steam and air fry various foods including a 16 pound turkey or 14 pound ham. With settings for warm, reheat and delay, you can cook with pre-set temperatures or you can use the digital panel to adjust temperatures by one degree between 100 and 350 degrees Fahrenheit. This oven cooks with 75% less energy and 70% faster than standard ovens to provide quick and easy meals.
