HOW IT WORKS :
The Resistance Band Exercise Loop helps the muscle groups and tendons to be stretched and strengthened as part of rehabilitation training or sports training. With the choice of 3 different strength levels, you can gradually ease back into exercise or take on progressive training.
Exercises :
The three different strength levels offer a gradual challenge and aid to build muscle strength. Start with the lowest level of resistance and build sets and repetitions gradually. Then once the exercises become too easy, move on to the next level of resistance provided by the next exercise loop.

Lie on your side with the loop around your lower legs, just above the ankles. Your hips and shoulders should be stacked vertically. You may place one hand in front of your body for balance.
