Directions for use:
"Apply 1 to 2 pumps of Orabrush® tongue foam directly onto your Orabrush bristles or if preferred directly onto your tongue. Do not swallow. Gently scrab your tongue back and forth. Reach the scraper towards the back of your tongue and scrape off the gunk generated from the brushing. Replace every 3-4 months when you replace your toothbrush. Brush your tongue before or after brushing your teeth
