Simple Cooking Step - Baked Mentaiko Cheese Scallop

- Defrost the scallop
- Make Mentaiko Sauce mix:
- 100g mentaiko sauce
- 200g Mayonnaise
- Cook a pot of water to boiling & pre-heat oven to 200 degree celcius
- Blanch the scallop into the boiling water for 30sec and turn off the fire
- Lay aluminium foil over the baking tray and arrange the scallop facing upwards
- Place mentaiko sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the scallop and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is brown
- serve with a squeeze of lemon juice
