2)  If your iPhone 5 is not able to boot up.

3)  If your iPhone 5 can only boot up when connecting to a power source.

What is included in the package?

Disclaimer:

1)  Please note that we are not able to be responsible for any damage/s to your iPhone during the replacement of the battery.

2)  Do have the battery replaced by a skilled technician if you do not feel comfortable in replacing the battery yourself.

Shipping:

1)  The item will be shipped out via SingPost NORMAL Mail within 3 working days after ordering.

2)  Do kindly note that there will not be any tracking information with this mode of shipment; as such, we will not be able to be responsible for any delay/lost of item during the transit/delivery of the item.

3)  We recommend shipping by registered mail, but it will be at an additional charge of S$3.50.

4)  We are also able to ship by courier (TaQBin) at an additional charge of S$6.00.
