Q2. Will I get Technical Support from MARIX if I buy from other non-MARIX authorized sources?
 
A2. No. All cameras comes with serial numbers and we have these information in our system. We will not provide any sort of technical support for cameras which is not sold via our authorized channel. It is just like buying a parallel car, the main distributor here will not provide you with the warranty or support.
