For Seiko Watches: Your watch is carefully and securely packed in a watch box (If the price of the watch is less than USD 300.00 the watch will be sent in a nice but unbranded gift watch box - not the original watch box. If the price of the watch is more than USD 300.00 it will be sent in a Seiko watch box). The watch box is further secured in a strong non-collapsing cardboard box with layers of impact-proof bubble wrap before shipping.
Warranty : All Seiko watches come with 1 year international warranty

For Non Seiko Watches: Your watch is carefully and securely packed in its actual watch box (except Orient watches. For Orient watches if the price of the watch is less than USD 300.00 the watch will be sent in a nice but unbranded gift watch box - not the original watch box. If the price of the watch is more than USD 300.00 it will be sent in an original Orient watch box ). The watch box is further secured in a strong non-collapsing cardboard box with layers of impact-proof bubble wrap before shipping.
Warranty : All Non Seiko watches come with 1 year International Warranty with 1 year international warranty along with the warranty card.

Please Note: We do not charge any VAT / GST. Although it is rare， the buyer is responsible for payment of Any Duty / GST / VAT / administration fee. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs prior to bidding or buying.

RETURNS:

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason， you can return us your watch in its original condition without any defects within the first 14 days following your purchase and we will offer you refund. All shipping? handling and packaging costs will be charged to the buyer. Actual shipping costs to the buyer will be deducted from the final refund amount. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges as well.
