How to use the teeth whitening product?

  • It is very easy to use this product at home! After brush your teeth, just follow the steps:
  • Squeeze the gel onto the teeth tray
  • Put the teeth tray to your teeth
  • Hold the mouthpiece to your mouth and make sure it covers your teeth
  • Turn on the mouthpiece
  • The mouthpiece has an automatic timer to control how long the LED light is activated. One treatment session will will go for 10 minutes and then the LED transmitter will automatically turn off. You can restart it if you want a longer treatment. Using it one time per day is recommended when you first start using it, then adjust the usage time based on your desired whitening goal. We recommend only using it for up to 30 minutes each day.
  • When you are finished, then brush your teeth to wash away the gel.
