AECA WHITE uses knitted compact yarn that does not contain flying threads and therefore is soft and highly dense, sturdy and luxurious. We increased perfection by partnering with pattern makers and professional sewers of 30 years of experience. The two stitches on the back of neck is finished by hand sowing, showing off AECA WHITE’s identity and maintained simplicity through minimized slits and sewing methods. Garment: 30s Single.

Care Instructions & Precautions 1. Hand wash and dry cleaning, both possible.
2. Garment may be damaged when machine washing.
3. Avoid using bleach or soaking the product in water for more than 30minutes.
4. Must warp buttons and accessorized areas with foil when dry cleaning.
5. Promptly wash the product as discolorations and bleaching effects may take place from being wet or sweated on.
6. Must naturally dry as damages may be caused when machine drying.

Quality Assurance Standards 1. Compensation will be made for justifiable damages in accordance to Consumer Dispute Settlement Standards noticed by the government.
- For laundry anomalies from defects within material, subsidiaries, seaming, indefinite sizes, unaccountable labeling (no or lack of labeling), and inadequate material composition: Free repairs, exchange and full price refund will be made within 1 year from the date of purchase. However, for seaming defects, free repairs will be made even after 1 year past the warranty period.
- For unfit sizes and dissatisfying design or color: Exchange for the equivalent product at the same price, with no product defect or damages, can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. For defects on one piece of product that comes in top & bottom set, will be considered a pair with defects. However, equivalent exchanges can be made for different material and design.
2. Damages and deformations caused by customer’s mishandlings and products past the warranty period (1 year) will not responsible for compensation. Repairable products will be charged at a fee.

International shipping fee may vary depending on regulations of foreign countries.

    Ship in 3 days from the day after payment is completed (Operating based on Seoul/GMT+9, excluding weekends and holidays)
    • Average International shipping time is up to 7-15 days (Based on Korea business days).
    • When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
    • Additional delivery time will be estimated up to 5-7 days for KUHO brand due to the reason that a small quantity is made for all items.
    Precautions of Return
    • Requesting your return is only available when your order is preparing status.
    • Requesting your return is only available through 1:1 inquiry if your order is in transit.
    • Exchange is not available for international shipping items.
    • Please note that return request must be made within 15 days from the date your item is delivered.
