Due to hygiene purposes, we do not allow exchanges for all products.
Every effort has been made to ensure that your Sun Kids item gets to you safely. If however, you receive a broken or defective set, please take a picture and email it to chingshop@rocketmail.com within 3 days with your order reference no. and we will arrange for a refund or a new item to be sent to you again once your request has been approved. All returned products must be in its original packaging. All items mailed back without prior refund or exchange requests will not be entertained.
