Chutoro is the medium fatty tuna of the bluefin from flesh near the back of the belly. It has the combination of the bitter taste of akami (normal red meat tuna) and the otoro (pink fattiest part of the belly). Choose between a serving of up to 12 ready-to-eat slices (equivalent to 120grams) for the small size, and up to 15 ready-to-eat slices (equivalent to 150grams) for the large size. Comes complete with garnishings including soya sauce and wasabi

Chutoro is a delicacy made from the upper belly of the bluefin tuna. While not as oily as the otoro, its texture is still much creamier than your usual tuna sashimi. Some connoisseurs prefer the chutoro to the otoro due to personal preference for not overly high oil content and a stronger tuna flavour

OosterBay's premium chutoro is cut from the most flavourful portions of the belly and unfortunately, also available in limited quantities!!! Super yummy with excellent combination of tuna taste and nicely marbled fat
