Singpost Normal Mail - 3-5 working days - No tracking number

Qxpress - 2-4 days (Except Sun & PH) - Tracking status is available

*Note: We will not be liable for any loss of mail via Singpost Normal Mail. For tracking of your parcel, we suggest you to opt for Qxpress. Once order is confirmed and sent out, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy

In a situation if the item is defect, you will have 7 days to contact us from the date it was received. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and no replacement will be entertained.

All returned must be in original packaging and must provide us with the shipping tracking number and specific reason of the return.
