Operation Description:
1.How to Use
Just heat grill to desired temperature, mats will work at any temperature below 500F. When grill is to temperature, place mat on grate and then food on mat. Use wood, silicone or plastic utensils while cooking.
2. How to Clean
（1） Always wash your mats immediately after use. Place the copper grill mat in soapy water for an hour or longer and then wipe it off with a sponge.
（2） You could flip them over and use the other side. It burns off the previous food side and makes it easier when you do take them to the sink and clean them.
（3）Put the mats in your dishwasher, on the top rack and run it on hot. Usually, that will remove any stubborn residues.

Note:
（1）It can only be used away from an open flame and only up to 500 F.
