"Meiji Milphee HP" uses as a protein source low-molecular-weight peptides that have sufficiently lowered allergenicity by enzymatic degradation of high quality whey proteins.

It does not contain lactose.

Lipids, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals necessary for growth and development of infants are well-balancedly formulated in a form that is easily digested and absorbed, so that it can be applied to babies with milk allergy, congenital lactose intolerance and galactosemia, or transient

You can use it as a substitute for breast milk or infant milk for a baby with lactose intolerance to lactose intolerance.
