One of Maille’s signature products this famous artisanal balsamic from Modena in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region is made with grape juice - simmered and then fermented and matured in barrels. A little goes a long way so brush over roast chicken and tuna steaks drizzle over freshly sliced tomatoes and add sparingly to strawberries and then wait for a wonderful burst in flavors.
