The formula is water soluble for easy removal, it lasts on the brows all day and will not flake or make brows look stiff. Fine nylon brow extension fibers plump and volume brows. It is an excellent fixative for brow pencil or brow powder colors. Precision brush coats and defines individual brow hairs. Sheer shimmering light -/golden highlight.
