How To use?
1.Roll out the paste on a non-stick surface or using cornflour/icing sugar for dusting.
2.Assemble the Garrett Frill with the chosen size of centre and cut out the shape.
3.Using a Bulbulous Cone Tool,placed onto the edge the paste,roll the modelling tool backwards and forwards to create a frilled effect.
4.Cut the frill to the length required and attach to the side of a cake using a little water.
