Ajamoda (Carum roxburghianum)- 1.250 g
Saindhava lavana- 1.250 g
Jeerakadvaya – 1.250 g –Black cumin and white cumin seeds
Hingu (Asafoetida)- 1.250 g.
How to take Ashta Choornam?
It is mixed with a little ghee (clarified butter) and taken with the first bolus of food, two times a day.
