SUMMARY:

A nutritional compound derived from an amino acid, Creatine provides support for immediate energy production during exercise and plays an important role in muscle protein synthesis.
Helps muscles make and circulate ATP, the energy fuel for quick, intense activity of short duration such as weightlifting or sprinting.
Mix 1 scoop into 8 ounces of water, fruit juice or sports drink or mix 1 scoop into your favorite pre-workout, BCAA, or protein supplement to fuel muscles during intense workouts.
Do not exceed 5g of creatine per day.
