[Term & Condition]
A) All Earphone are Refurbished set / OEM set. All Earphone with good working condition.
2 weeks warranty will be given for all items (with 1 to 1 exchange) for faulty item.

B1) For Singpost normal mail delivery, will deliver by Singpost. No tracking will be provided.
Singpost delivery may take about 2 to 5 working days, this even stated in singpost website.
For Singpost Normal Mail, courier people will put the item on letter box, without contact customer.  If customer provided wrong address, Singpost will take few weeks to get the goods return to the sender.

B2) For Qxpress delivery, tracking will be given. All item will never go lost.
If item really get lost, Qxpress will responsible to do full refund to customer.
