Something you should know about 2 Phase Pumping System
Phase 1: Massage and Stimulation
? When the machine is turned on, it will automatically choose the Speed 1 for massage only.
? In about 1 minute, it will automatically choose Speed 2 for stimulation.

Phase 2: Expression
? Then, after another 1 minute, it will automatically choose Speed 3 for breast pumping.
? But you can press "+" to choose Speed 4 and Speed 5, or press "-" to change to Speed 3.
? The total cycling time is about 27 minutes.

How to use it ?
? Step 1. Please clean and sterilize all the parts (except breast pump body) before you use it. Please make sure the machine is properly installed.
? Step 2. Please sit in a chair and use a warm towel to massage your breasts. Then please lean your body a little forward and put the breast shield on your breasts.
? Step 3. Please make sure the breast shield is aimed at your breast nipple and tightly attached to your breast. Meanwhile, please ensure there's no air coming into it (which ensures the pumping power).
