Wash hand with soap and water before handling the bag
Open the storage bag by tearing/cutting the upper seal
Pour the breast milk into the bag up to the desired capacity
Do not fill to the max, breast milk expand when frozen.
Compress the bag and seal the zipper tightly 
Write the date on the bag, always use the oldest milk first.
Defrosting of breastmilk 
Thaw milk overnight in the refrigerator, or thaw the frozen milk bag under warm running water to quickly thaw.
You can also place the sealed bag in a bowl of warm water to bring it to body temperature. Please take note that water temperature should not exceed 55 degree C
Thawed milk is safe in refridgerator for 24 hours. Do not refreeze!
It is normal for breast milk to vary in colour. Stored milk separates into layers. Cream will rise to the top. Gently shake well before feeding.
