It is recommend using coarse ground coffee to make cold brew coffee.

Brife Instruction:

Corse ground coffee into the filter, put the filter in the jar and poor water over the grounds. Place the lid and give a little shake. Put in the fridge for at least 24 hours.

The filter holds two cups of coffee grounds which would allow for six cups of water in the jar. You can choose to use less coffee if you don't want the brew too strong.

 

Other Use:

You can also cold brew tea and our brewer makes a great infuser.

Infuse water with fruit flavors.

Infuse oils with spices.

 

How to adjust coffee fineness:

1. To adjust grinding fineness,remove Nut, Handle and Locking Ring.

2. Hold the Central Shaft and turn Adjust Ring, Clockwise as finer grind, counter-clockwise as coarser grind.

3. Place Locking Ring, Handle and Nut back into position and screw tigh.
