This dual-effect toner contains 67% tea tree water to ease and calm the sensitive skin,
and 20% centella asiatica water effective in skin recovery,
1,000ppm of portulaca extract which has excellent antimicrobial effect on skin,
6,000 ppm of six sprout extracts in organic form (the patent ingredient Fresh Bud No.6),
to supply moisture and nourishment and helps to keep skin clean and clear.
