INSTRUCTIONS OF USE:

· Unscrew and remove stainless steel top from gloss body by turning it counter clockwise.
· Pour in salt, pepper or any spice of your choice and screw back the top tightly.
· Remove the grinder lid and adjust the grinder coarseness level by turning knob clockwise for fine grinding andcounterclockwise for coarse grinding.
· Grind by turning the grinder upside down and rotate the gloss body clockwise. Do not twist back and forth.
· Put the grinder's lid back on when you finish grinding.
