Mode of delivery:
uAll order will be mailed upon confirmation via Singpost either on the same day or next working day.
uMay we suggest you to ensure your address are written accordingly to avoid any lost or undelivered parcel
uUnless requested by you to use a registered mail, all order will be mailed out via normal mail.
Normal mail: via Singpost (we will not be responsible for any damage or lost mail delivered via Normal postage)
Registered mail: via Singpost. Please top up for registered mail. It is highly recommended when you buy many item at once.
Exchange & Refund:
uAs all item are inspected for detects before posting out, therefore item sold are not Returnable and Refundable.
uExchange of items will be acceptable only if they were wrongly delivered due to our mistake.
uReturn of wrong items has to be done within 3 days upon received of item.
