Snow crab fishery and processing by Royal Greenland

In order to enjoy the sights of this high quality crab， it is packed in a luxury packaging， as a whole crab. The crab is processed in such a way that it is easy to eat. Thawing methods       

In order to prevent drying and deterioration， there is a thin film of ice on the surface.

Please refer to the thawing method below， in order to get the best taste:

Part 1.  Open the inner bag， wash in water until the surface of ice has defrosted. (Rough estimate 1-2 minutes)

Part 2. Put it in the fridge to further thaw (Rough estimate 30 mins)

v  Please note that there would be loss of taste if product is over thawed.

About Blackening

After thawing， the body fluids of crab will discolor slightly. In order to prevent skin blackening， please eat it as soon as possible after thawing it. It is ok to eat the blackish part

Cooking example

It can be eaten raw or recommended cooking with a small fire.

(Please note that the crab will be hard if it is overcooked)
