Direction

1)  Set the convenient position either sitting or lying,

 

2) Soak the herbal ball in water 3min then get it steamed about 10 -15 minutes. Test the temperature of the steamed ball by touching it at skin sensitive area like, inner side of the arm or on backhand before applying it on aching area on aching area.

 

3) For maximum effective use, the steamed ball should be gently rolled over the sprained area when it is still hot. Once the ball become cool, you can leave it on the aching spot a litter bit longer.

 

4) When the ball get cool, another steamed ball should be replaced for better treatment. 

 

Precautions:

1) Do not use excessively hot ball on sensitive skin or on new scar. If it is necessary, the steamed ball should be applied through a piece of cloth so that the soft skin will be protected or you can wait till the ball get into proper temperature.  

 

2) Serious precaution should be well taken with people with diabetes, paralyzed, small children or senior people since

their skin reaction to the heat is quite passive than normal and this can cause skin burnt. Warm massage ball can be used

instead.

 

3) The massage ball should not be used with newly sprained muscle since this will make the symptoms become worse.

 

4) After the massage is completely done, the massaged area should be left for a while to get dry. Taking a bath suddenly

is not recommended for the body temperature might not be adjusted and the healing properties will be rinsed off.

  

For Home User Storage: 

The Herbal Compress can be used 3 – 5 times steamed until the scent is gone.
