What is the different uses for high and low bucket?

Low bucket

Allows for soaking till "San Yin Jiao" 三阴交 Meridien point. It is about 4 fingers width (3 inches) above the ankles. This meridien point is primary used to help with hormonal issues. issues with kidneys, liver and spleen.

 

High Bucket
Allows for soaking till "Zu San Li" 足三里 Meridien point. It is about 4-5 fingers width (3.5 inches) below the knees. This meridien point is primary used to help with immunity issues (fall sick easily), stomach and indigestion issues. It is also best to improve health levels and gain more energies from your food intake.

PRODUCT MAINTAINANCE

 

As the cedar wood needs to be dried till around 12% humidity so that it can be used for handcraft work, it is advised that upon recieving your bucket, you fill it till about 1/3 of clean water and let it absorb some of the water for about 8 hours. This intialisation will help make the bucket more lasting.

 

Should you not use it for awhile (for more than 2 weeks), place a wet sponge in the wooden bucket and use a plastic bag to seal the bucket with the sponge in it to retain the wood's humidity.

 

Just remember that when wood becomes too dry, it cracks easily.

 

 

RE-PACKING

 

We take our product seriously and do a test for possible water leakage before we send it out to you.

All wooden buckets are re-packed after testing before sending out.

Do note that it is still new and not a used product.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS


We take a lot of responsibilties for our products. As much as we can, we try to check for defects on the product before shipping.

 

You may recieve your item in some cases where the packaging is opened and then resealed. This is because we will normally open up the packaging to check the items within. Please be assured that you item is new and unused.

 

For exchanges and returns, you will have to send the item back to us so that we can facilitate an exchange with proof of the defective product. The product will have to be unused and we will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us of any defects within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

All buckets are tested for leakage prior to shipping.
