Young Kids in Glasses

Kids are notoriously hard on their eyewear. It’s likely that they will need to replace their glasses before they outgrown the frame, either break the frame or scratch the lens or have a prescription change.

Having a backup pair is good planning as younger kids are always not careful when they put on and take off their glasses especially if your kid is a full time wearer or very dependent on corrective lens.
