We do not offer exchange or refund for this.

For normal mail, it usually takes 3-5 working days. However, it is subjected to loss or delays. No tracking is available and we are not able to trace for the items sent via normal mail. We regret that there is no replacement, refunds, or cancellations for items lost via normal mail. Upon opting to normal mail, you agree to bear liability of lost/delayed packages (if any). Hence, Qxpress is strongly recommended to avoid any unnecessary loss.
