If any product purchased is not able to perform or function as per requirement and has malfunctioning issues. We highly recommend customers to keep it's original packaging for technician to diagnose before exchange or replacement.


Normal mail is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore.However it is not trackable, if the parcel is lost, Singpost will not be responsible and there is no way to recover the parcel. 
Normal mail take at least 3-10 working days to deliver.

For buyer want to change to normal mail for a cheaper shipping rate, please take note by doing so, you have agreed that buyer will take ALL RISK during transit if there is any Missing/Broken/damage parcel occurs.
