Shipping Policy

For non-registered mail, we ship out orders within 2 working days.

For registered mail, we ship out your orders within 3 working days.

Orders made after 5pm are considered to have been made the next day.

Lost Mail

Please note that non-registered mail may go missing due to Singpost's error. 

There is no way for unregistered mail to be tracked, and we will only be able to advice buyers the date that we shipped out the orders.

So we strongly advise buyers to choose registered mail over non-registered mail for peace of mind.

Should buyers still choose to have their orders shipped to them via non-registered mail, Three Rats will bear no responsibility for any items lost.
