Note：1). Before using the tv antenna, you should visit antennaweb or antennapoint to check the quantity of broadcast towers surround you within 50miles.
2). The effective receiving range may highly depends on your location and distance between the digital antenna and TV tower. Areas where have large obstructions will reduce effective range as in valley , mountain , etc. Frequently scan is needed to get better signal every time when the tv antenna is moved.
3). Antenna amplifier is not necessary if the distance between your house and the tv tower is within 30 miles. We DO NOT recommend to use this amplifier if your house is close enough to the tv tower and the digital antenna can get a strong signal.
If your digital TV antenna is not working as expected, trying to the following tips:
1. Moving the amplifier antenna in a different location. Sometimes moving a few feet can have a good effective.
2, Keeping the digital antenna away from those big power consumption devices which can disturb the signal, such as air conditioner, refrigerator and microwave oven ,etc.
3, If you did not receive a signal by using the external amplifier, please remove the amplifier and try it again.
