PacificBru Brazilian Santos coffee beans give you a smooth and nutty feeling in the cup.

These Arabica beans from Brazil that carry the Santos label are medium roasted to release its full aroma and flavor. Coffee from this label has a distinct earthy flavor, mixed with medium acidity and body.

We have the ability to customize every single order to suit your taste. Our state-of-art facilities allow us to roast coffee beans in micro batches. Therefore, we will only roast the coffee beans upon receiving your orders to ensure that you get fresh supply of roasted coffee beans. Try brewing your coffee with freshly roasted coffee bean and you tell us the difference.

While coffee products have packaged lifespan of 12 months, active degradation of coffee beans start at 2 months after roasting, This happens because the coffee that is packaged is continuously evolving, releasing flavours and gases in the bag. Once opened, a bag of whole beans will not retain freshness for over 2 weeks.

The simplest way to brew your coffee from freshly roasted coffee beans

There are various methods to brew your coffee at the office or at home. You have options of highly tuned coffee machines, coffee makers, brewing kits and presses. However, we prefer the simple method of brewing our coffee using French Press.

Your order will be shipped from our factory in Malaysia. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

We have the right to choose any mode of delivery and company to send your order.

We will not be responsible for the delay, lost or damage of your order by the delivery company. You can make a claim from the insurance provided by the delivery company.

Your order will most likely be sent via Express Courier Services. The estimated transit time are 2-3 working days.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 10 days from the date of purchase provided that the coffee bag is unopened.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. No returns will be accepted after 10 days of goods receipt or after the product packing is opened.

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
