General Terms

• All merchandise sold will have invoice/ reciept.
• Merchandise sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
• Cancellation will NOT be accepted after payment is done.
• Promotional items must be paid before promotion period ends.
• Request for change of same item(if available) is allowed if there is any defects on it. Terms apply.
• Refund will be given back to customer only when 'Out of Stock'.
• Upon confirmation on purchasing any of our merchandise means you have already accepted our Terms & Condtions.

Purchasing / Payment

Customers can chose payment options below:

• By cash
• By direct debit
• By PayPal (must be above RM100)
• Cash on delivery (Batu Pahat area only, min. 3pcs / RM100)

Shipping / Delivery

All shipping and delivery service are listed below, request for other method by email, or Facebook inbox.

• By Pos Laju - Malaysia only (rates all by Pos Laju, and may differ for different locations)
• By courier - Rest of the World (rates all by courier service of your choice, if available)
• All Shipping fees to be paid by customer. Ask for confirmation of shipping price before purchase.
• For 'CASH ON DELIVERY' service, customers can pay when collecting merchandise, and will be charge RM5 for the service if less than 3pcs/ RM100.
