Injection Method:
In order to reduce the complication of blepharoptosis:

D) Platysmal Wrinkle
Inject 5 marking points for platysmal wrinkle.
Penetrate through epidermal layer and dermal layer of about 0.4-0.7mm thick at the angle of 45 degrees with skin then penetrate vertically through the subcutaneous fat layer and inject at the muscular fascia. Remember to keep away from blood vessels during injection.
