ATANTAN can be applied at any time; however, it was formulated to be applied in the evening. The tan will develop while sleeping. When an individual wakes up with a tan they have no need to subject their skin to the harmful UVA/UVB rays of the sun. Two Step System: Step 1 Maintenance: Is applicable to the hands, wrist, feet, ankles, knees, elbows, face, neck. Step 2 The color you picked (light or medium): Is applicable to all other desired areas of the body not covered in Step 1. After completion of Step 1 and Step 2, do not wash any area where product was applied for at least 6 to 8 hours. This will ensure tan develops evenly.
