Based on the design of Gan356 Air U, Gan added a magnetic positioning system. All UM cubes are handmade,
and each cube takes our highly skilled technician more than 3 hours to glue using Tamiya Extra Thin Cement

The GAN356 Air UM is a magnetized GAN356 Air Ultimate, GAN's flagship 3x3 and current world record
cube. The Air UM is the world's first mass produced magnetic 3x3. The Air UM offers an outstanding
balance of lightness and stability, along with a unique feel thanks to the cube's magnetic pieces.
The attraction between pieces also provides significant reductions in overshooting and locking up.

Luminous Edge Feet
The stress in the screw-glue connection is different, due to the altered feet size.
The Gan356 Air UM uses distinctive luminous edge feet to mark a difference from the Gan356 Air.

This material reduces the friction coefficient of the plastics to make the cube smoother.
The edge feet are luminous since they absorb light. Longer exposure to the light sources ensures persistent luminosity.

Purple G9 Speed Cuber's Hand-Feel
The GES components are designed with 7 different elasticities. Each color correspond to a specific
elasticity, giving you more choice of handfeels. Gan tuned the cubes according to feedback from top
speedcubers, and chose Purple G9 as the factory standard for this cube.
