We do not refund or perform exchanges for delivered apparels due to below reasons:

1. Personal dislike, simple change of mind after purchase.
2. Slight colour differences example: (same colour range or any other minor physical differences),
thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight misalignment of the seams, minor (not obvious) tear on seams
which can be hand stitched/repaired.
3. Button loss (replacement of buttons will be sent to you, in the event that the same button
is not available, we will send a full set of replacement buttons to match with your clothing)
4. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different
sizing therefore pls take note of size measurements stated when making purchase)
And customers whom placed the purchase is responsible for own size cutting measurement,
as this will helps in preventing any unnecessary disputes.
5. Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good or quality not up to standard.
6. Any damage caused by the in-proper care of the product after purchased.
7. We will refuse any return exchange after the clothing is being washed or used.
8. Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
9. Slight discolouration of graphic print on tee-shirts
10. Claiming that material is sheer/transparent.
11. Size issues - Measurement is subject to max. 2~3cm error tolerance in flat measurement
12. Color bleeding due to improper way of soaking new clothing (example exceeding 6 hours or more) hence using mild washing detergent will be highly recommended as it will also increase your clothing life span.
